Monitoring Options - From only $33.00 per month x 36 month agreement Or...from only $30.00 per month x 60 month agreement (optional) Monitoring Terminology 1. “Standard Monitoring” means the monitoring of Alarm Signals only. Where this service is provided then the equipment is programmed to transmit only Alarm Signals to our emergency response centre. 2. “Standard Monitoring with Full Reporting” (usually only used in commercial applications), means the monitoring of Alarm Signals, Arming Signals and Disarming Signals. Where this service is provided, Signals are recorded at the emergency response centre and stored for future reference, however, no action is taken on receipt of the Arming Signals or Disarming Signals. With this option, each user can be identified by a unique PIN code so as to determine who has turned the alarm system on or off and at what times. 3. “Supervised Monitoring” means Standard Monitoring with Full Reporting together with taking action as specified in the Monitoring Schedule if an Arming or Disarming Signal has not been received by a pre-agreed time. With this option, as well as each user being identified by a unique PIN code so as to determine who has turned the alarm system on or off and at what times, the premises are contacted if the alarm is NOT turned ON or OFF by specific times. 4. “Securitel Monitoring” (not available in all areas) means the monitoring of the Equipment where the Equipment has also been connected to the Telstra Securitel Network, which enables the Monitoring Room to detect a disconnection of the phone line to which the Equipment is connected. 5. “GSM Monitoring” or “Dual Path Monitoring” means that there is an extra communication method should your main phone line become inactive, cut, damaged or simply not working. This additional security is recommended for premises requiring additional security via a back up communication system when the usual phone line is cut or damaged.
