ACTION	DECISION	Notes
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS		Enter any special instructions or notes to tell the technician about.
ENTRY TIME - the time it will take you to enter the premises and disarm the alarm system. Far more convenient to use the remotes.	No of Seconds	This time needs to short yet comfortable if entering with parcels etc.
EXIT TIME - the time it will take you to leave the premises after you have armed the system	No of Seconds	This time needs to short yet comfortable to allow sufficient time to leave without hurrying.
STAY (Night) MODE (if required - 2 options available) Which sectors (if any) you would like turned on/off when you are at home at night or when going to bed. Helpful in commercial premises too.	Which Rooms	You might want all sectors armed at night or perhaps 1 or 2 sectors disarmed.
SIREN RUN TIME The length of time in minutes that you would like the siren to run for in the event of an alarm.	No of Minutes	If in a residential area, I recommend 2 minutes maximum. In a rural area or business area, perhaps 5 minutes or more.
ADDITIONAL USER CODES Would you like to have extra user codes for temporary access. The technician can program these or you can add them yourself and erase them when no longer required.	YES or NO	This is a good idea so if you ever need to give the alarm code out, you give out a temporary code and erase it when it is no longer required.
PHONE LINE ALARM Would you like the alarm to sound if the phone line is cut or disconnected?	YES or NO	Practical in most circumstances as the monitoring relies on the phone being connected to the panel.
DUAL PATH TECHNOLOGY If your telephone line is cut the monitoring station is notified & your alarms operates normally via the GSM telephone network	Additional $990.00 + an extra $44 p/m for monitoring	With this technology, your alarm will always be able to communicate with the monitoring station
DURESS ALERT - Add “9” when turning off your alarm	This is a standard feature of the Bosch Security System
DAY ALARM The code pad can emit a sound during the day or night with the alarm disarmed if a sector detects an entry. Please advise the technician if you would like this feature enabled.	Which Rooms Up to 4 detectors	This can be an asset if you want to know when the children come home, if someone else enters and or if the children are up at night etc.
KEY FOBS (if included with your system) Do you require the siren chirps to be turned ON or OFF. It is much easier to confirm the receiver has received your request when using the key remotes with the sound turned ON.	ON or OFF	We recommend ON. The installing technician can adjust the volume of the siren chirps so as not to be too loud.
AUTO ARMING - Commercial Premises only. Your system can be programmed to auto arm at a certain time every day so if you forget to turn the alarm on, it will automatically turn on. Please advise the technician if you require auto arming.		This is a good idea even if you are certain that you will never forget to turn the alarm on.
